PF 2026!

Dear customers, partners, and friends of freeze-drying technology,as the final moments of 2025 are ticking away, it’s the perfect time to thank you for your support, your trust, and your attention to our blog — and perhaps also to take a short look back at what kind of year it has been.

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the very idea that started it all — the creation of our own freeze dryer designed for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Back in 2015, Pavel came to me with the thought that if it wasn’t possible to find a machine that could truly lyophilize and still be affordable, we would simply build our own.

Now, ten years later, we have an established company, production, our own development team, and the equipment to match. Most importantly, we now have a broad community of users who have placed their trust in us — and it’s our job not to disappoint them. I dare say that we’re doing quite well at that.

In 2025, we successfully introduced Viktor – the O₃ decontamination unit for AMARU, which not only disinfects the product chamber but also removes unwanted odors. The first batch of Viktors has already found their new homes and are now serving their owners. AMARU has thus become — outside the pharmaceutical field — the first available food-grade freeze dryer that allows chamber decontamination without any manual work or handling of chemicals.

Every year, I wish my friends and colleagues good health above all else, because by now I know that success is something we must secure for ourselves. And I usually add one more wish for myself — that the upcoming year will be at least as good as the previous one, if not a little better.

I wish the same to all of you, our readers. And to give you a little something to look forward to — since we introduced the small Viktor in 2025, perhaps I can tease that in 2026, we’re planning to introduce something bigger… much bigger. 😉
